Anat Morahg - founder and Musical Director

- Anat Morahg has been the conductor and musical director of Bat-Kol choir since its establishment within the Israel Conservatory of Music, Tel Aviv in 1984. Anat began her musical education at UCLA and received her academic degree from Tel Aviv University. She is a graduate of the Levinsky College for Music Teachers in Tel Aviv. In the conservatory she heads the Voice Department and teaches voice development. On behalf of the Ministry of Education Anat conducts workshops for music teachers in voice training and choir conducting. Since 1999 she has also been conducting "Ma’ayan", the adult choir of the Tel-Aviv municipality.
- Anat Morahg is the winner of the 2018 Rosenblum Award for a Lifetime Achievement in the Performing Arts in Israel, on behalf of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality.
- Anat serves as the head of the vocal department at the Israel Conservatory of Music, Tel Aviv.

- Dalia Lazar-Shimon Dalia started conducting the young Bat-Kol choirs in 1999.
- Dalia is a graduate of the Rubin Academy of Music in Jerusalem in musical education and solo singing. She is a student of Agnes Messini, she is an alumni of the Bat-Kol Choir under the direction of Anat Morahg.
Dalia manages and conducts the young Bat Kol choirs, coordinates the representative Bat Kol choir and teaches voice training. - Dalia guides music teachers, conducts workshops and lectures on vocal topics on behalf of the Ministry of Education as well as voice and choir workshops for children and their teachers.

- Yanina Balayev Tzitrin has accompanied the Bat-Kol Choir and the choir's soloists since 2001. She teaches music and participates in competitions and festivals in Israel and abroad.
- Yanina has a master's degree (with honors) from the Academy of Music in Baku (USSR), the capital of Azerbaijan. She specialized in accompaniment and even won the title of "Outstanding Accompanist" in a chamber music competition.
She began her musical career as a pianist in theater, opera and ballet.

- Efrat Levy works as a tutor at the Israeli Opera and her private studio in Ramat Aviv, accompanies the "Bat Kol" choir, establishes the series of opera concerts for families and establishes a backyard theater for youth musicals. She has a master's degree in orchestration and chamber music from the Tel Aviv University.

- Naomi Borla Levy
- Has a master's degree in singing from the Buchman-Mehta School of Music in the class of Prof. Sharon Rostorf-Zamir. Graduate of the Israel Conservatory of Music in singing (Anat Morahg), violin (Shlomo Tintfulver) and the Bat-Kol Choir conducted by Anat Morahg.
- Performs as a soloist with ensembles and orchestras, including the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra, the Ra'anana Symphonie Orchestra, the Israeli Chamber Orchestra and the Bertini Conservatory. Member of the 'Lilach' Baroque Ensemble.
- Participated in master classes in Israel and abroad, including with Emma Kirkby, Andrew Parrott, and Axel Kohler. Winner of the Buchman Mehta School of Music Excellence Scholarship and the Colton Foundation Scholarship.
- Naomi teaches voice training at the Israel Conservatory of Music, Tel Aviv since 2018 and is the voice training teacher for singers in the representative Bat-Kol choir.
